1. Information we collect

• Account information: username, phone number, authentication tokens, and account status information used for sign in, registration, password reset, sign out, and account deletion.
• Ledger records: transaction type, amount, currency, category, merchant, notes, tags, date, time, budget information, report data, and related record metadata you create in the app.
• Attachments you choose to add: receipt photos, uploaded images, and voice memos attached to a ledger record.
• Location information you choose to add: place names, address text, or location coordinates used to describe where a record happened.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, network request logs, crash information, and security verification data needed to operate and protect the service.
• Support information: messages and email address if you contact us for support.

2. How we use information

• To provide account access, registration, password reset, and security verification.
• To create, edit, delete, sync, display, and summarize your ledger records.
• To support receipt photos, voice memos, location notes, budgets, calendar views, and reports.
• To maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important account or service information.

3. App permissions

• Camera: used to take receipt photos or update your avatar when you choose to do so.
• Photos: used to select receipt images or avatar images from your library.
• Microphone: used to create voice memos for ledger records.
• Location: used to add location context to a ledger record. You may also enter location text manually.

You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Some related app features may not work if a permission is disabled.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We may share information only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers that process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations.

5. Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Ledger records and attachments remain available until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can edit or delete ledger records inside the app.
• You can sign out from the account settings page.
• You can request account deletion in the app. If you sign in again within 7 days after a deletion request, the request may be canceled for account safety.
• You may contact us to request help with access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

8. Children's privacy

LianXu Records is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. International use

Your information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information according to this Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
